No we do not make you buy specific dance shoes or uniforms, however we do have options there if you would like to. We just ask you to wear clothing you can move in freely, shoes that are comfy but with little to no grip and that STAY ON YOUR FEET. e.g. joggers, jiffy’s etc. We do ask for NO THONGS or barefoot in class as this can be dangerous or damaging to your child.
For tap we find any shoe with as little grip as possible and a harder sole to make a bit of noise is great, this way they feel they are getting to join in properly.
We do have a second-hand shoe page on Facebook for our enrolled students where you may be able to find some to fit at a reduced price (you are also welcome to post other dance shoes you may have lying around for sale). You will receive the link to this private page in your welcome pack once you have completed your enrollment.

We don’t do trial classes as such, what we do here at HappyFeet is ask that you go Online and register, choose and pay for your first week of class. Then when you turn up to class your child will be on the roll, if they don’t dance that’s fine, we just mark them absent so your class payment will roll over to the following week. We continue to do this until they join in., we have found this to be the best way as it encourages you to give them time to see if they enjoy it or not. If you are unhappy or feel that we are not a fit for you, we will refund your enrollment.
